A wonderful property in a fantastic location. We stayed at Stuart house for 5 nights and this was a fantastic base to explore the southern coast. The house is lovely, spacious and extremely clean. All six of our guests were comfortable, and enjoyed the classic feel with the modern luxury of the pool and AC. Jayantha was always on hand and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to stay at Stuart house again.

Wonderful historic house

The house is spectacular. A huge villa with lots of space and stylish interiors. Spacious, comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, air-conditioned bedrooms (the common area does not have AC), a nice swimming pool, and above all, the feeling of staying in a unique place. The location is excellent - a quiet street, a short walk from the beach and the town center (shops, market, etc.). Very good contact with the host. The price is high for Sri Lanka, but definitely worth it.
− Some of the kitchen equipment is a bit worn out, but that's a minor detail.

Amazing colonial Villa for family or friends

What a gorgeous Villa just like the photos! So much privacy nestled inside beautiful trees. Had a wonderful time in the swimming pool and dinner on the pool deck. Quick walk to the town and the lovely beach. Jayantha the caretaker so helpful to us. The place was spotlessly clean. All facilities were available in the Villa including a washing machine/ dryer. Owner was so nice allowing a late checkout. Will definitely come again !
