8.0Die Lage ist wunderbar, 10 bis 20 Gehminuten von Brienz. Ruhige Lage, gemütliche Zimmer und schön Platz. Dadurch, dass das Restaurant geschlossen war, konnten wir uns auf der Restaurantterasse gut verweilen und den Ausblick geniessen.
− Leider war das Restaurant, welches direkt beim Hotel ist, geschlossen. Jedoch aus personellem Mangel, was natürlich keine negative Wertung einbringt.
Er is alleen 1 personeel aanwezig in de ochtend voor het ontbijt

1.0− Wir haben für eine Nacht für zwei Personen gebucht und insgesamt 210 € bezahlt. Wir sind sechs Stunden angereist und haben uns sehr auf unseren Aufenthalt gefreut. Leider war die Anreise völlig umsonst. Bei unserer Ankunft war niemand vor Ort. Wir hatten weder einen Zimmerschlüssel noch einen PIN-Code erhalten, um an den Schlüssel oder in unser Zimmer zu gelangen. Da wir nach der langen Fahrt sehr müde waren, wollten wir uns einfach nur ausruhen. Wir haben über drei Stunden gewartet und mehrfach versucht, die Unterkunft telefonisch und auf anderen Wegen zu kontaktieren – leider ohne jegliche Rückmeldung. Da wir keine Möglichkeit hatten, unser gebuchtes Zimmer zu beziehen, waren wir gezwungen, kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel zu buchen, wodurch uns zusätzliche Kosten entstanden sind. Außerdem entspricht der Zustand des Hotels nicht den Bildern auf der Buchungsplattform. Das Gebäude wirkt deutlich heruntergekommen und weicht erheblich von der dargestellten Unterkunft ab.

− Preis definitiv zu hoch... Hotel in die Jahre gekommen-schade... Eingangsbereich sollte sauberer sein... Hotel ok, mehr nicht...
