9.0Gentilezza e disponibilita' del proprietario molto apprezzata. L'appartamento e' spazioso e ben tenuto con ampia disponibilita' di cambi asciugamani e lenzuola.

4.0Solamente la posizione è l'arredamento cucina molto buono
− Letto e materassi scomodi, lenzuola pulite ma vecchie lise inadeguate, coperte di lana allergizzanti, flaconi detergengenti già usati ed insufficienti, biancheria da bagno usurata seppur pulita, accessori cucina pressoché inutilizzabili. Divano soggiorno obsoleto e scomodo. Verade esterne non pulite. Zone parcheggio riservate non ben segnalate .
