− Even though no parking was provided in the hotel as mentioned in the hotel booking description, the hotel was located in a no parking area and finding parking for car was difficult. Had to park the car in hourly parking slots of the masjid.

− نظافة الغرفة سيئة جداً من عدة نواحي ومنها 1- الفرش غير مريحة ومتسخة من الاسفل يبين عدم التجديد. 2- المناشف متقطعه ويتضح على بعض منها كمية الاستخدام ولا تصلح للاستخدام الادمي. 3- المكيفات متعطله ومتسخة جداً مسدودة الفلاتر تحتاج صيانة مستمره وتنطيف عميق والتأكد من خروج الهواء بشكل نقي للعميل 4- دورات المياة متسخه جداً جداً وتفوح منها رائحة كريهة ورائحة الصدا ، وتحتاج تجديد بالكامل وتنظيف عميق.

4.0الموقع قريب من الحرم النبوى ولكن لا يوجد موقف للسيارات مع وجود مواقف للسيارات بالفندق ولكن رفض موظف الاستقبال حسب تعليمات الادارة على حد قوله
