Great location.

− On arrival the communal door was smashed. We had to contact host as wasn’t sure where keys were. Sofa bed had no sheet & stains on it. Also not comfy, brick hard. Double bed was comfy. We stayed here for a week! The flat was grubby, kitchen was disgusting. We had to clean before using things. Was told the cleaner had been and we wondered who this cleaner was!! No remote for TV, can use buttons on TV but TV not tuned in. Living room window wouldn’t close, needed force to close. No kitchen utensils, scissors, tongs, sieve. NO TEA TOWEL or surface cleaner. Shower was cold after 5minutes. Small flat, would ideally be best suited for 2adults. Flats urgently needs some TLC.

Basic accommodation great for a weekend. Nice effort for HP fans with bedding and accessories. We’d stay again 8/10

Location was really good nice touches for HP fans with the wallpaper draws and wall art and it was clean. The cutlery and pots and pans could do with a good wash but we weren’t cooking there so didn’t effect our stay The owner once contacted was very helpful.

− Communication was poor before the break I did contact several times re parking as was stated we’d be able to park with a permit I never received a response about that. It would be nice if there was a folder or something (like a hotel) with recommendations re local attractions or best places to eat from the locals they know where’s good to eat et On arrival 2:30pm check in at 3pm we didn’t have the full address ie the number of the property. The post code led us to a street with many flats. However, we didn’t have a number or a way of entering the property. This was a very worrying time for us because no one was answering the phone or emails we were sending and we didn’t know which flat we were supposed to be at. We asked a couple of people in the flats if they knew which one was cauldrons keep but obviously we need the number of the flat and a key to get in. We left a voicemail and the owner got bk to us about 3:14 but for 44 min we were worried we’d have to find other accommodation. However, once we spoke to the gentleman he gave us the full address and location of the keys he was apologetic and offered to attend the property to show us where the keys were (hidden under stones outside the property) as they weren’t obvious at first. The water was cold (luckily we’re old enough to remember having to turn a boiler on) found boiler and water was fine. The quick slap dash paint job (white paint work on walls) to make it look clean wasn’t done very well. Beds were very uncomfortable but for two nights we weren’t that bothered.

Location was fantastic for what we need to get into London. And the host was really friendly.

− Property was really unclean, was unable to cook in the appartment due to it being very mucky. Nothing a good scrub couldn't sort out. Due to this we felt we needed to wash mugs before we had a drink. Pull out bed was like sleeping in concrete, no proper pillows also for pull out bed.

Location was perfect. Great Harry Potter theme Comfortable beds Towels provided Easy to find parking

− Initially there was poor communication on receiving the keys. The door to the flat was unlocked when we received it. We waited a few hours and could not leave the property safely unattended as we had no keys. This was later resolved. Flat was dirty, stains on outside of bath and I’m hoping it was a mud stain on the side of the bed. The bed sheets unfortunately did not smell clean. Some of the dishes were dirty. There is a tv, however we could not find the remote.
