The friendly Host. Dario was the owner of the apartment. He is very friendly. He welcomed us and showed us the apartment. He also gave suggestions for a place to eat and was always available to answer your questions. The Location. If you are in for a shopping vacation in Serravalle Designer Outlet, this place is perfect. I was also in for a surprise, because actually the area is beside an old church. It gives an Italian nostalgia feeling. There are also a lot of pizzeria nearby. We walked for 3 minutes, and ended up with a delicious Pinsaria (roman pizza). The Apartment. The apartment is huge and very CLEAN! It’s complete with everything you need. It’s very clean and every fixture is well thought of. The bathroom is modern and newly renovated. You will also enjoy a tv with YouTube pre installed and Netflix. The Parking. I was allocated with one parking in an enclosed area of the compound. So you do not have to worry about the safety and security if your car. Would definitely come back here!

Very clean and comfortable apartments. Suitable for both short and long holidays. There is everything you need for your stay, dishes, pots, towels, bed linen, coffee capsules, tea set, shower gel, shampoo, etc. Also all household appliances. The apartment is located in the historical center on the 3rd floor with convenient parking for cars. In fact, the apartment is much better and more comfortable than it looks in the photo. Dairo is a very friendly, caring and helpful host. He met us at the appointed time to hand over the keys, showed us where to park the car, took us to the apartment, showed and told us everything. Very nice. I highly recommend staying here. We had a great time in comfortable accommodation!
