Highly recommend this hotel
10.0We stayed at this property for four nights. We were collected at the station in the hotel shuttle vehicle, a very welcome service. Breakfast was included in our room rate and it was excellent, restaurant quality and restaurant style service, a lovely change from breakfast buffets. Our room was clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious, you couldn't ask for anything more. The absolute standout for this hotel was the lovely staff, they were so friendly and helpful. Always cheerful and patient with us and happy to help. Even though they had little English they were quick to use their tablet or phone and use it to translate to English for us.

− que las fotos no eran como pensaba, al estar en una suite mostraban que tenía un onsen (baño termal) en la habitación y no era así, por eso reservé el hotel y pagué el alto precio de la habitación por noche
Comfortable, Clean, and Exceptionally Welcoming
10.0We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast was excellent .What truly stood out was the staff — everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, this is easily one of the best hotels we have stayed in, and we would definitely come back again.
