9.0-Located by the roadside, easy to find -The room is located near the paddy field, not by the roadside - quiet place, noise was coming from the guests that were still chilling by the pool even after the midnight -The room was generally clean and comfortable, equipped with basic amenities, and a private bathroom. The room size is just nice, not too small. -The landscape was thoughtfully laid out (nice view) and periodically maintained. -Ample carpark area -My special request was accommodated
− -Arrived at night and I missed the turn to their entrance. The entrance was pretty dark but once you got inside the gate, the lighting was fine. -I arrived later than 10pm, had to self check-in. They displayed the facility map with room number and type of room but without the level number. It's good that the entrance between the Ground floor room and Upstairs room are separated for privacy. However, it's quite a tour for a self check-in process. -I hurt my toe when entering the room because there is a small mounting or barricade below the main door. I did not expect such a thing especially under dimmed lighting after a whole day of driving. -Note to those sensitive to noise, it's a cabin so it's not soundproof. You can clearly hear other people's chat from the outside. I am not sure whether there was any guest upstairs, can't comment on that.
A perfect accomodation for our road trip stopover.
7.0It’s a perfect stopover for our return road trip from Thailand before heading back home. It’s a unique cabin accommodation with swimming pool facing the paddy field. A very quiet and peaceful environment.

10.0The place is spotless, scenic, and well maintained. The PIC is a local, she is very helpful. Fridge is not provided in the room but she was kind enough to help us store our fruits. She also showed me around activities and places to go in Perlis. I took some of her advice and never regret. The place is perfect also for wedding reception, small and intimate party. There is a mini mango orchard right in front of the property, and nicely lit at night. At night, the breeze is absolutely soothing and we can take a quick walk around the property. The place is well thought and planned. There are bicycles for rent, table activities for kid, a small gate at the back to access to the paddy field right behind the premise. Room is standard size, bathroom could be small for big size people, but they are functional and practical. Using the low peak season price as reference, I wouldn't ask for more.
