It was a fabulous place to stay! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Maria is an amazing host she was always available whenever we needed anything and even kindly drove us to the port. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Cosa posso dire lo,la casa è p e r f e t t a non manca assolutamente nulla, la signora Maria è una buona oste ha pensato a tutto, è stata sempre disponibile.consiglio questo appartamento a tutti e spero di tornarci veramente perché mi sentivo a casa mia.spaciosa munita di qualsiasi cosa,aria condizionata dappertutto,3 TV , grandissima terrazza e la cosa essenziale è che tutto pulito.

The place itself is perfectly clean with new appliances and spacious enough to have a comfortable time - 15min walk to the Kos center, with great patisserie and mini farmers market closeby

Maria is a very lovely and helpful person. We felt very comfortable in her extremely clean and beautifully furnished apartment. We can recommend it to anyone who wants to have a holiday on Kos island.

We stayed here as a group of six friends and absolutely loved everything about this apartment. It’s modern, spotless, and well-equipped. The area is quiet and safe, and it’s just a 10–15 minute walk to the center of Kos Town and the seafront, totally doable on foot. The balcony is lovely and spacious, ideal for having breakfast or chilling in the evening. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Maria herself was an amazing host: kind, always available, and extremely welcoming. When we checked out, she even gave each of us a bracelet with the Greek eye as a gift, which was such a sweet and personal touch. Highly recommended for groups of friends or families!
