8.0L'appartement est propre et confortable. On s'y sent bien, tout est en bon état et l'ensemble est agréable pour un séjour.
− L'appartement est excentré et assez éloigné du centre-ville : à mon sens, la voiture est indispensable pour séjourner ici. Autre point à signaler, le logement donne directement sur une route très passante, et la circulation peut être gênante le soir au moment de trouver le sommeil.
