Great location and spacious apartment

Great location, is close to Sagrada and lots of nice restaurants.

− Mostly nice overall, except for those who are sleeping in the living room as the sound isolation is pretty bad and you can hear the street buzz, especially at night as there is a noisy bar just beneath + street/ cars.

-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED

-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit

-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine

-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).

-This accommodations is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros
