10.0Everything, the location was quite set in the Tuscany hills. The host was extremely helpful, he gave us wonderful information about the local area and where to visit and eat. Unfortunately whilst in a local city I was subject to a crime incident. The host assisted in dealing with the matter afterwards.

Relax, comfort e ospitalità eccellente
9.0Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana in questa villa e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto piacevole. La struttura è curata, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza rilassante. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben organizzati, ideali sia per famiglie che per gruppi. La posizione è ottima per visitare i dintorni e godersi la tranquillità della zona (a 2 km si trovano tutti i supermercati disponibili e ad 1.5 km un buonissimo ristorante di carne a Monte Pescia). Un ringraziamento particolare al figlio della proprietaria, sempre disponibile e presente in villa e cordiale. Tutte le mattina veniva per controllare e pulire la piscina il sabato ha tagliato l'erba. E' dog friendly. Ci sono anche scivolo e tavolino per bambini. Non c'è l'aria condizionata ma gentilmente ci ha fatto trovare i ventilatori ma tenendo chiuse le finestre di giorno non c'erano problemi e la sera essendo un po in collinetta si respirava un po' di fresco. Letti comodi. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chi desidera trascorrere una vacanza serena e confortevole.
− Per arrivare attenzione alla strada (pochi metri) dissestata. La prima volta può spaventare in quanto fatta di salita/discesa ripida ma poi ci si abitua e si prende la mano e la si fa senza problemi.

10.0Rauhallinen, hyvä sijainti päiväretkiä varten. Mahtava isäntä, joka neuvoi ja auttoi tarvittaessa. Villa on siisti ja kaunis paikka viettää aikaa.
− Kannattaa vuokrata oma auto, koska talo sijaitsee korkealla ja Pesciassa ei ollut autoja saatavalla.

8.0prachtig uitzicht over de vallei en de heuvels, bloemen in de tuin, aangenaam huis en vriendelijke host. goede bedden en de buitendouche was super! Je kunt heerlijk buiten eten en in de tuin liggen, je ruikt dan overal jasmijn en rozemarijn

10.0If you want to enjoy fresh air and stunning view, this villa is the perfect choice. The house is very clean and has everything a family needs, including a high chair. There's a pool in the garden for the warmer months. Francesco, who was in charge of the house, was the kindest and most helpful host I've ever met. He gave us detailed information about Pescia and the house.
