A casa é rústica, mas aconchegante e espaçosa. Tem quartos amplos e a cozinha também é grande para cozinhar e curtir. Também conta com TV com streaming e diversos canais. É cercada de árvores e jardinzinho, um pouco mais distante do movimento do centro e tranquila, mas ainda perto. A casa conta com garagem interna, o que é otimo para quem vai de carro, já que é bem difícil de estacionar na cidade. O anfitrião foi bastante solícito, respondeu rápido e bem simpático. O custo benefício num geral é muito bom, não tem nada de luxo, mas pelo valor bom eu recomendo.

− O bairro é mais residencial e não tem o charme do centro de Ouro Preto. Não é possível ver a vista que é descrita por conta de um bambuzal que tem ao lado da casa. A sala não é tão espaçosa e o sofá é meio pequeno, mas para nós que estávamos em dois foi ok. Na cozinha, apesar de bem grande, faltavam alguns utensílios básicos, como faca afiada e frigideira. Nada que tenha impedido ter uma boa estadia!
