− Die Motorräder konnten wir nicht im Hof parken. Vor dem Appartment ist Parkverbot. Parkmöglichkeit ca. 200 Meter bei der Kirche ist sicher möglich.

1.0− Soggiorno pessimo, alloggio non conforme e gestione inaccettabile Avevamo una prenotazione dal 31 dicembre 2025 al 3 gennaio 2026 presso questa struttura guest House Garibaldi a L’Aquila. Pochi giorni prima dell’arrivo l’host ci ha comunicato che, a causa di un problema alla caldaia, saremmo stati spostati in un’altra struttura. Ci siamo fidati. Arrivati il 31 dicembre, non siamo stati avvisati del fatto che diverse strade per raggiungere l’alloggio fossero chiuse. Dopo varie difficoltà abbiamo contattato l’host, che ci ha accompagnati all’appartamento con atteggiamento poco cordiale e poco professionale. Come primo approccio, l’unica sua preoccupazione è stata chiederci, in modo tutt’altro che carino, se avessimo avvisato della presenza del cane (viaggiamo sempre scegliendo strutture pet-friendly), e farci fare immediatamente il pagamento, ancora prima di entrare in casa. Una volta dentro, il disagio è stato totale. L’appartamento era estremamente sporco e non adeguatamente preparato per accogliere degli ospiti, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato (abbiamo foto a testimonianza). L’alloggio era totalmente isolato, senza linea telefonica, Internet e Wi-Fi. Nel 2026 è impensabile affittare un appartamento senza Wi-Fi Noi dovevamo lavorare e siamo stati costretti a uscire di casa e lavorare al telefono, con enorme disagio. Non erano presenti coperte né cuscini aggiuntivi, nessuna stampella o appendiabiti per giacche o indumenti, nessun minimo comfort. Ci era stata garantita la moka per il caffè, che non c’era. Per quanto riguarda i posti letto, era previsto un terzo letto aggiuntivo che in realtà non era un vero letto, ma una poltrona aperta e adibita a letto, durissima e completamente scomoda, paragonabile a dormire su una tavola di legno. Siamo entrati in casa con 16°C, senza alcuna spiegazione sul funzionamento del riscaldamento a pavimento.
