People are not friendly and less communication when it becomes some of information
5.0It’s only convenient for people who process their passport coz the DFA is only across the street l. But for people who’s on vacation it’s not advisable.
− The people in information desk are less communication. I asked the front desk if there’s a shuttle that can send me to airport it says yes and only payed cash. Unfortunately the day of my check out the lady in the front desk she was asleep and just woke up when I told her I’m about to check out and I want to avail their service to send me to the airport and she said that we don’t have service to send you at this hour which I my flight is 6:35 departure so I have to be in the airport at 4:00 am only tricycle outside. I was very disappointed of trusting the words of that hotel for the service but not!
