− I wasn’t able to check in earlier but this was explained by the host. Room service showed up 2 hours before designated checkout time which felt like I was being rushed out.
Terrible check-in, payment & check-out! Dirty bedding. Cockroaches in kitchen and bedroom.
1.0The only good thing about this accommodation is the location, however it does not make up for the treatment that we experienced there.
− I should have believed all the reviews saying that check-in and check-out are terrible. This lady does not care how you get in or out of this property. I contacted her several times in advance and she would just not tell me how to check in, saying check-in details are shared a day before, which was a complete lie as no information was sent. 30 minutes before our arrival I once again tried to get information, and she told me the security had the keys. The security had no idea what we were talking about, and we had to beg them to call someone. We ended up receiving the keys from a person who seems to stay in the same building, and it felt like he was clueless as well, calling her to find out where the keys were, and we felt this guy was just doing us a favour. Once we got to the apartment, we found a floor full of hair, men's hair on the towel, sheets, and pillows. The pillows were dirty as well. We spent a whole day and night without pillows and towels as the cleaning lady came the next morning and no discount was given for this hustle despite us asking for it. In the kitchen and on the nightstands next to the bed there were cockroaches. The Wi-Fi was also constantly on and off. The hosts never showed up at the property; we even ended up giving the security the payment after hours of communication struggle on how and where to pay. These hosts are completely ignorant and should be removed from booking.de. If you want an stress-free check-in, payment, and check-out, and if cleanliness is important to you, I DO NOT recommend this accommodation! As I said, I regret not having taken all the other reviews seriously who already warned about this.
