5.0The cottage lovely
− The stair which I couldn't tell apart from the other slabs and fell over twice and landed in to the hedge ouch. Put something on slab so you know it's a step. Too many rugs tripping hazards the lock really struggled to lock and unlock the door. The hoover clogged up with hair yuck and don't get me started on the shower drain that hasn't been cleaned for quite a while. Did my best to remove all the gunk and hair yuck again. Please mention to your cleaning staff.

10.0We turned up on the Sunday with our two little dogs, at 10:15am on Monday morning a gentleman turned up outside spraying weed killer everywhere, we had to keep the dogs in until Wednesday. This was unbelievable..

8.0The garden was secure and excellent size to play with our pup. Couldn’t have wished for a better location being very peaceful in a lovely hamlet of Weston and access to the donkey sanctuary and within easy reach of Beer, Branscombe & Sidmouth - just a lovely part of Britain.
− Coffee table needed mending. Too many plastic ornaments around the cottage which was within easy reach of our pup so had to put everything at a higher level. Lack of kitchen cupboards space and had to reorganise to store what little bit we bought with us. The floor mat in the bedroom & kitchen was slippy on the wooden floor and a slip hazard. Mold was evident in the bedroom and it smelt fusty/dusty.
