− no heating no hot water no curtains upstairs no bulbs in lamps no mirrors in bathrooms and more.. Generally grubby. Dirty microwave. No free Wifi
You sent me information about the wrong house and we were freezing by the time you bothered to contact me back . Overall

− Cold, dirty, no towels, no mirror in bathroom, empty cans of red bull in bathroom, broken front door handle, bed clothes not suitable for winter. The house wasn’t cleaned from the last occupants, dirt everywhere, sinks filthy, hair and dust everywhere. How could you rent a house in this condition? You showed total lack of respect for us.
