− La piscina estaba sucia. Se escuchaba todo en las habitaciones. El jacuzi botaba agua con mal olor
El dinero peor gastado de mi vida
1.0− He estado en hostales más baratos y de mejor calidad que este lugar. El personal estuvo genial pero el desayuno fue muy tacaño. No pude dormir toda la noche porque nadie intervino cuando algunos otros huéspedes gritaban y aporreaban las puertas de las habitaciones... Antes de llegar me enviaron una gran serie de reglas de comportamiento pero al parecer fue solo para mi. En la mañana, luego del mal sabor de boca de la madrugada y el desayuno quise ir a la piscina y tampoco pude porque justo un domingo en la mañana decidieron darle mantenimiento. Sentí que boté a la basura mi dinero. No pienso volver y mucho menos recomendarlos.

3.0Las habitaciones son cómodas y estaban limpias, el lugar es bonito pero se opaca con la calidad del servicio recibido
− Tienen una política de garantía ($20) que cubre pérdidas, el tema es que nunca se informa qué realmente se entrega al cliente. yo recibí mi habitación alrededor de las seis de la tarde y vi una toalla sobre la cama y otra en el baño, resulta que al hacer el check out no era una toalla sino dos, y en ese momento me tocó desempacar todas mis cosas, casi que se metieran a revisar en el carro que no tenia la toalla en mi poder, mi error no pedir un acta o evidencia de las cantidades de artículos que me entregan pero el hotel tampoco tiene un procedimiento para eso. La piscina y su área, estaba sucia y tenia demasiado cloro, se meten a tomar cerveza y no todos podemos disfrutar a gusto, no hay reposeras son sillas, no hay toallas para las piscina. El desayuno, es buffet pero limitado en opciones, si bien no iba en grupo no había opción para que una sola persona desayune ya que el espacio está mal distribuido (solo tienen mesas para grupos grandes). No es la primera vez que voy a Montañita y he tenido la oportunidad de hospedarme en otros hoteles y mi experiencia en ellos genial, pero a este no regresaría ni lo recomendaría, el personal (no todos) pero ciertos si les preguntas, consultas u observas algo se incomodan y hacen caras y si quieres hacer una consulta la recepción está demasiado lejos de la entrada.
