− I have sleep apnea and there were no plugs in the bungalow. Made enquiries and was told to use an extension lead powered by solar panel with no guarantees the electric would last all night. Had to move to a hotel which cost over £800. So didn't even stay there. They refused any refund told me it was on their booking details. I have looked again and I couldn't see where it said no power supplied
