6.0The location was great. Single beds were tiny, went with 3 children 13, 11 and 10... all too big for the beds wasnt the comfiest of nights. Very basic facilities in the caravan too.
− Advertised with a hot tub, raised it with booking. Com and they stated it didnt come with one... but the facilities shows it has one. Disappointed children.. but disnt spoil to much however some acknowledgement from booking.com would have been better handled.
Overall very much enjoyed our stay

− when we arrived they told us we wasn’t booked in , then we was accommodated to our first caravan (by the way wasn’t even what we payed for) We got our stuff inside and started to look around & it was absolutely filthy. That night we made a bed on the floor with our coats and bin bags as the carpet in the living room was stained with animal faeces and the sofa was covered in staines. On the Saturday we got an exchange, the caravan was much better I must say but we got a caravan when we payed for a log cabin with a hot tub. We had a hot tub in the second caravan but it wasn’t working anymore. I wouldn’t come again as it was too much trouble. I stayed the weekend because of how much it cost all together but I would not recommend it to anyone I know.
