− the interior is a bit outdated, but I like that. An airco wouldn't hurt, on the other side, it would hurt nature.

− las camas para mi eran incomodas, y el hecho de no tener aire acondicionado hizo las noches un poco complicadas para dormir, pero sabíamos que no tenia aire así que no es una queja. Habían muchos ventiladores, eso sí.

8.0De locatie was waanzinnig. Ook was de host goed bereikbaar. De waterkoker was stuk en dezelfde dag nog stond er een nieuwe bij de voordeur.
− Door de warme dagen in Spanje was het erg warm in het appartement. Gelukkig stond er een waaier en konden de deuren voor en achter open om te tochten.
Bien ubicado. Trato excelente por parte del personal de la agencia.
7.0Si, el mantenimiento del apartamento necesita ciertas mejoras
− El agua fría de la fregadera no funcionaba, lo que hacía difícil las tareas de limpieza. El agua del plato de,la ducha rebosaba y el baño se inundaba cada vez que usábamos la ducha. El ventilador del dormitorio estaba estropeado. Yo lo reparé personalmente.

5.0La comunicación y el trato con el administrador fue fluido y rápido a la hora de solucionar imprevistos como un ventilador que no funcionaba y nos trajo uno nuevo al momento. La situación del apartamento es excelente y Calella es preciosa.
− Les invito a los propietarios se planteen poner aire acondicionado, los ventiladores son insuficientes y pasamos un calor insufrible a partir de media mañana hasta la noche que le daba el sol, se estaba mejor fuera del apartamento en la calle. Para acceder al apartamento hay muchas escaleras que para segun que personas puede ser un verdadero problema.
