10.0Such a unique place - magical in the most unexpected ways. Peaceful. Beautiful. Unusual. Animals all around and the kindest hosts.
− The only strain was reaching the hut - first by road - Tākaka Hill Highway is no joke - then on foot. The “short cut” walk up is quite treacherous in places. It’s an adventure, for sure - but only for those with sure footing . However, host made sure to shuttle everything we needed to the hut and back to our car after our stay.
