Disappointing flexibility in an emergency

Visibility from the terrace when you can sit.

− The sofa cushions on the terrace were very dirty, and because of the strong wind it was impossible to sit outside, making the terrace practically unusable. It would definitely need some side protection against the wind. We had booked and prepaid for 8 nights, but unfortunately our child became unwell, possibly due to air quality issues in the room, and we had to leave on the morning of the third day after staying only two nights. The agency and the owners eventually offered us a refund for approximately two nights, which we appreciate. However, despite informing them early in the morning (at 8 AM) about our situation and our need to check out earlier due to a medical issue, they were not very flexible regarding the unused nights. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and based on our stay, I would recommend booking this property for no more than 2–3 nights.

La casa è perfetta per una coppia, ha tutti i servizi (piano cottura, lavatrice, fon, stendino, pentole varie, tv, ecc) e ogni giorno viene un’addetto delle pulizie. La posizione è ottima, si trova a un minuto a piedi da platios gialos, e dieci minuti a piedi da paraga beach. A pochi minuti a piedi si trovano anche i principali servizi come supermarket, fermata del bus, ristoranti, negozi vari, noleggio auto e moto. La struttura offre anche il parcheggio.

Great location, nice apartment with rooftop views

Location is ideal for walkable beaches, restaurants and day clubs between platis, paraga, psarou and paradise. For those looking, parking is easy, water taxi is close as well as 2 bus routes and bike/atv rentals. Roof top is a nice place to relax in the breeze in the sun or shade. Clean, safe, comfortable apartment with many amenities to enhance your stay while traveling. Host was accommodating, provided nice welcome gifts and quick to respond to any questions/needs during my stay.
