Nightmare paid for 3 days only stayed for few hours i would have left if i could no taxi will @ 11pm

There is nothing to like about this place, in the middle of no where. there are no amenities. Don't come there unless you don't need anything from the outside that the hotel can provide you. 3.6 miles of dirt road with only 4wd drive truck in the rainy season. Scam nothing like the pictures. Very dirty CP.9 cottage/ villa trash even the curtains had blood stains or red stains. This is not a family friendly specially young children. do you self a favor go to one of the hotels Diani beach, save your money.

− I booked 2 bedroom villa for 3 night, $570 came in late around 10:30 pm Friday night and checked out Saturday morning around 9:30. Nightmare started when the bolt drive warned us getting to location is quite difficult specially at night and the difficulty for small cars. The dirt road is bad after you get off A14 big holes easily for small car to get stuck on, god forbid it happens at night in the middle of the forest. safety would be my mine concern and getting help as there is none coming to rescue. after long day of travel comfort is priority # 1. pulling into front desk open area two people ahead of me had that disappointment look. check in quickly as i was tired as we were walking up villa we were informed no AC or TV as i was vacationing with my children 4 and 2. I asked if there are other rooms available and i would pay the difference just to make my family comfortable No was the answer. worked into the villa first thing i notice was it was open roof concept only plastic mesh net stopping anything from coming in. front desk attendant turned on celling fan to cool the rooms down, one room was like a sauna even after 30 min. we slept in one bedroom. the rooms had all kind of bugs fly around. The curtains had all kind of blood stains or red something. Very dirty overall, we slept miserable that night even after several shows to cool myself i couldn't get any sleep. woke up few hours later to survey the rest of poor condition resort. The so cold private beach didn't exit steep hill and dirty nothing looks like it's on booking.com absolutely scam. avoid villa CP.9 I would be making review video title Hill park Amare Resort nightmare on you tube. they offered to relocate me before checking out at point my family vacation was not going to be ruined. so I left, not taking a chance. Customer comfort specially who is willing to pay extra for a bad situation.

Amazing room/apartment (much better that in pics, than expected, than description). The terrace, the bed, the bathroom, the views at the pool and the sea... Impressive to have all those commodities for that price. The best hotel I've been in my whole life. And the staff was 20 out of 10!! Monkey all around the area. Private beach. African pool at walkable distance on low tide (and you can come back by the main road: I did it on my own but you can also pay 1000 KES and a guide takes you. Also recommended the star village for the same price in the opposite direction. If you look for peace, this is the place. THANK YOU!!!

Location was great and staff really tried to help

− Flush didn’t work, shower was clogged and bathroom doors did not shut - rooms didn’t smell good
