9.0Quiet and clean, neighborhood was too. Well equiped, nice beds. Television in the living room and one in bedroom..The balcony was great.
− Bathroom door needs a little work.the spigot for the washer needs a o-ring. It leaked when in use, filling time only. Towel rack needs attention, as well.
