− Jammer dat de vloeren volledig met vloerbedekking waren ivm allergie en hygiëne.
Das Heart Hotel ist ideal für jene, die ein zentral gelegenes Hotel ohne Schnickschnack suchen
9.0Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Angebot war vielfältig und frisch. Das Ambiente im Frühstücksraum (=Restaurant) war modern, geräumig und sehr angenehm. Die jungen Servicemitarbeiter waren freundlich und aufmerksam.

5.0Zentrale Lage, täglicher Reinigungsdienst
− Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Bäder klein und abgewohnt. Frühstückseier waren schon um 7:30 Uhr zu Beginn der Frühstückszeit eiskalt.
