Almost perfect family getaway
8.0The house is lovely and private in a beautiful garden - the pool is gorgeous and it’s an easy walk to everything The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were great - we had a great week in Byron
− The listing needs updating to reflect: . No direct beach access . No bikes - which were advertised on listing and . not the bed configuration shown on the website The shower heads are not great either and probably need replacing
Not worth the price and the “beach access” is not true
6.0The house is great, well decorated and equipped and comfortable
− “Beach access” is not as comfortable as you would except being that stated IN THE TITLE of the property and paying $1000 the night (I honestly think is dishonest). We went with my mum and had to drive to the beach, not what we wanted at all. The address of the property is wrong so the arrival wasn’t smooth at all. They even ask you to take out rubbish and clean the bbq to avoid getting finned, which again, is not what you expect while paying $1000 the night and being on holidays.
Great- with a few small improvements.

− The apartment was great- dont get me wrong- it may have needed a little clean of cobwebs and a little freshen up in the garden- but would not stop us booking here again. Challenging to find- as the confirmation email and text message did not arrive- we had to ring the hosts to ask for both- and was told that we would not get the email until 245pm- for a 3pm check in. The time we rang was at 2.31pm. The text message did not explain the challenges of finding the entrance to the premises- the email did, but it was sent very late after prompting
