Buen trato al resolver la salida pero hay insectos.
4.0Sin duda, la atención y la gestión del anfitrión. Fue extremadamente amable, empático y honesto. Cuando le comentamos el problema, se hizo cargo de inmediato, nos reembolsó todas las noches salvo la primera y nos dio total libertad y facilidades para buscar otro alojamiento. Su trato fue de 10.
− La presencia de insectos dentro del alojamiento (hormigas y una cucaracha). Entendemos que Puerto Escondido es un entorno natural y tropical, pero consideramos que el espacio interior necesita una mejor fumigación y control de plagas para que los huéspedes puedan estar cómodos.

10.0La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la playa de Zicatela. La habitación muy amplia y muy práctica. La alberca está genial también
Great studio room and fantastic host
9.0The room is great, it has a little kitchen where you could prepare simple meals (we didn't bother, the food outside is too good). A nice little sitting area outside right next to the pool (we were room 101) which we used a lot. PE is really hot in July. It's only 200m to the beach and a 10 minute stroll to the main strip. Sergio is a great host, he's really responsive. We had a problem with a coffee plunger, he went straight out and bought a new machine for the room. I would definitely stay here again, we felt really at home.
− The rooms are crowded around the pool area, if there are noisy guests staying here they can really annoy you.
