The apartment is spacious and made for an excellent base to explore London. It's in a great location. The hosts were responsive and check-in was simple. The kitchen was adequate enough to prepare light meals. The lounge and dining area were large. The bedroom is removed from the street, making it very quiet. There was toilet paper, dishwasher pods, washer pods. The space has such potential. To be noted, it is a lower ground floor apartment. That being said, the outdoor space, while housing the bins, was surprisinly lovely, with potted plants. It has high ceilings, lots of windows, and is very bright.

− The apartment could have been cleaner; the general surfaces were clean, but it could do with a thorough scrub/steam. There were also a few neglected and broken bits such as the toilet seat, dining table, shower door. The kitchen could have had some basics such as salt, coffee, etc. Also, would greatly benefit from having a pull-out sofa in the lounge, as well as a few decorations.

The location is good and the apartment is spacious. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and public transport within easy walking distance. It is a nice quiet space and the windows provided adequate ventilation in 30C Heat.

− The accommodation overview refers to an elevator that does not exist. The apartment is in the basement and the steps to it are quite steep. It would help for the overview to state this as people with mobility issues would find this difficult. The dishwasher door was broken, we notified the Sloane Group immediately and there was no response as their office is not open on the weekend. I phoned them on Monday morning and there was still no response. The window latches all need repairing , bathroom shower screen is inadequate to prevent the floor being sprayed when showering. The sink has a tile pedestal in front of it that needs caution tape on the leading edge. We both stubbed our toes on it. Kitchen needs a dustpan and brush for minor clean up and there are 2 pullout bins in the cupboard that could be used for recycling.

− Atrás do quarto tem um jardim com bueiro! Quarto fede esgoto o tempo todo ( impossível alguém que tenha o mínimo de higiene dormir ), sem contar com os pernilongos! Alugamos o quarto para três pessoas a colocaram um colchão mais fino que papelão!!! Tive que alugar um hotel para minha. Filha!!!! UMA VERGONHA!!!!

Location is very nice, close to hyde park, walking or biking distance to Sloane Square or Knightsbridge. Lots of good eats around. The main living area was really spacious had great light come in on sunny days furniture and decor were slightly dated but otherwise fine, had a kitchen, washer/dryer and clothes hanger which was awesome. Bathroom and shower were clean a little small for my liking but fine otherwise. The bedroom was clean, bed was comfortable and I slept well. They supply an iron, hairdryer and extension cord along with 4 way outlet which was very handy

− Location is quite expensive as it is higher end neighbourhood. The rest were just small things but otherwise the place was fine nothing amazing but ok. Not upset about staying here at all but once is enough
