Wichtig zu wissen: Barzahlung erforderlich
7.0Sehr modernes Appartement. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Wohnung insgesamt sehr neu. Wir konnten nach Rücksprache mittels Self-Check-In etwas früher einchecken, das war super. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf die vor dem Haus verlaufende Straße.
− Obwohl wir vorab an den Check-In via IMessage und WhatsApp Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hatten (bzgl Regeln im Apartment und des eincheckprozederes) gab es ein Missverständnis bzgl. der Zahlung. Es ist wichtig zu wissen, dass nur Barzahlung möglich ist. Da wir in Booking unsere Kreditkarteninfos eingegeben hatten und weder vom Vermieter ein Hinweis auf Barzahlung erfolgte noch in Booking ein Vermerk auf Barzahlung hinterlegt war, sind wir fälschlicherweise davon ausgegangen dass die Kreditkarte belastet werden würde. Der Vermieter meldete sich Stunden nach dem Check-out dann bzgl. der Barzahlung, als wir bereits weitergereist waren. Wir haben schlussendlich eine Lösung gefunden, indem er das Bargeld noch abholen gekommen ist. Ich hätte mir im Rahmen des Check-In Prozesses jedoch eine transparentere Kommunikation gewünscht um allen Beteiligten den Stress zu ersparen.

9.0The owner was super friendly and helpful, it was close to everything and it was clean and "fresh". All in all a nice place to stay. Simple to check in and out, free parking, Netflix and a big and comfy bed.
− The only negative thing I have to say is that there wasn't a lot of options for cooking and such for us who stayed for over a week. We ended up mostly just buying take out and it was close to many options. Besides that it was all good.

10.0Great modern apartment that matched the pictures in the description. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked well with cookware for a home cooked meal. We also appreciated that it included some basic spices and coffee. The host was responsive and provided helpful instructions on how to locate and get into the apartment.
