10.0The guest house was lovely and clean and comfortable. The host messaged us to say our rooms were available early which was a lovely touch. Continental breakfast was provided even though this wasn't advertised and set us up really well for the day. The location was perfect to explore Porthcawl and the surrounding area.

10.0Lovely guest house spotlessly clean we booked two rooms couldn't fault either one. Ellie May the host was very welcoming and let us check in early. I had stayed here previously so this was my second return and will be back in the near future. Definitely value for money with the extra touches.

As a base to visit family at a reasonable price it was good, very pleasant decor and staff.
8.0Its location was good, short walk to amenities and promenade. The breakfast was good and plenty of choice and available throughout the day.
− The room was small for two people, only one chair and for me personally the mattress was extremely soft.
