10.05 star Top rating for the location and amenities. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the second floor. Maverick, the hotel front desk concierge, was very friendly and patient with us. He welcomed us on our first day and answered all of our questions. Maverick arranged all our tours with Andy for the night tour and Abel for the morning boat tour. Both did a fantastic job, but especially Abel, who went above and beyond on the wildlife tour. The location is quite safe, with staff securing the premises after a certain time. It is within walking distance of everything. My wife and I stayed for the weekend, which was more than enough time to complete all the tours and hikes, leaving us tired but accomplished. The restaurant next door serves very good seafood; we dined there almost every day. We highly recommend their piña coladas I would have two every day. It was about the experience and memories for us. The location is very safe, although the nightlife can get quite loud. We don't recommend staying out after 10:30 PM.
