The property has misleading photos, low ceilings, bad smells, an unusable kitchen, small rooms, poor value for money, an

− The property displays completely different photos than those shown on the booking site. The room height is not more than 7 feet, I believe. There is a very bad smell throughout the property. While there is a kitchen, we never used it due to the dirty smell. There is no master room; they show photos of a big room but provide a small one. When I called the property contact, he mentioned that rooms in London are generally small, but this was the worst property I stayed in during my visit, despite staying at over five different properties. For me, this property offers 0% value for money. During the day, we entered the property and forgot to lock the car. My wife's makeup bag was stolen, and we found the empty bag on the road, indicating that safety is also a concern at this property.
