9.0El departamento está muy bien amoblado: dos aires, una tele en la pieza, cama y almohadas cómodas, hermosa vista. El complejo en sí es muy lindo. En frente del tranvía. Luis fue muy atento y servicial.
− Podria haber estado más limpio, pero lo importante estaba bien: la ropa de cama se notaba limpia y en muy buen estado
Bom, mas pode melhorar
8.0Tem calefação e ar condicionado, tem garagem privativa, mas fica do outro lado da rua, bem localizado, mercado e padaria próximos. O anfitrião era muito querido, super atencioso.
− O banho, devido a capacidade do tanque de aquecimento precisasava ser muito, mas muito rápido. O colchão e os travesseiros era muito finos, poderiam ser atualizados.

9.0Buen lugar, tranvía esa misma esquina. Fácil de llegar. Limpio, seguro (cerrado) y muy cómodo. Todo funciona bien, los elementos de cocina ok, calefacción ok, etc. El host es atento y cordial. Fácil coordinar modos de pago y horarios. Buena comunicación.
− Me quedé 4 días y me hubiera gustado tener jaboncitos o shampoo que suele haber en otros lugares, sobre todo para quienes estamos de paso. Pero en realidad eso es mínimo.. Lo importante es que la atención y comunicación fue excelente! La propiedad está en excelentes condiciones
