1.0− I booked and paid for this hotel based on the photos shown online, but when I arrived, the room looked nothing like the pictures. It was dirty, run-down, and honestly felt quite scary. I did not feel comfortable staying there, so I left and never checked in. I tried to contact customer service to request a refund, but no one answered the phone, and I couldn't reach anyone for assistance. This was a very disappointing experience. The hotel was misleading, and the lack of customer support made the situation even worse. I would not recommend staying here.

− it absolutely stunk like nothing ive smelt before. marks all over the walls. radiator chipping off. floor in bathroom falling through. other people’s rubbish in drawers. smoke alarm beeping all night. looks decrepit on arrival.

− The rooms are in poor condition with no real facilities. The fire sensors had a bag covering them and the loft hatch was open and the drains smelt. I wouldnt return and would avoid.
