2.0Terrible experience especially dirty floor. Foot was black colored when walking inside the house. Need to mop the whole house as kids played on the floor. Feedback to PIC but reason given was the house was cleaned maybe 2 weeks ago. Second day morning was out of water while bathing. No water at all around 10am. Lift was always full and need time for waiting the lift due to one lift out of service.
Good stay in Malacca
8.0It was a good stay for our family of 7 and around 8 mins by Grab to Jonker Street night market. Although we didnt know there was construction going on outside and it was dusty. It was a bit of a walk going to Tower D in the back. Guards were strict about entering property and we had to ask them to allow our hired driver to go in for drop off and pick up. Its a self check in /out process but the host was very good with communication and explaining the procedures. One of the small room didnt have AC but only a fan, no bed but a few futons but the kids didnt mind. View was spectaculàr on the 27th floor. My 4yr old really enjoyed the kids pool. Thank you for everything.

10.0A very pleasant place to stay and in the middle of city. Easy access to main attraction and beautiful view of the sea.
