9.0Die Lage war Super, es gab alles was man braucht und die Ausstattung war sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll.

Sommerfrische ein Jugendstil
8.0Die Lage und das besondere Jaus im Jugendstil haben den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer sehr schön. Es ist wohlig angenehm in den Räumen.
− Der Fernsehempfang (Waipu-TV) war schlecht und der schöne große Fernseher nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Stühle im Wohnzimmer passen nicht zum Wohnstil. Das Radio in der Küche ist nicht nutzbar, kein Empfang. Die Küchenmöbel müssen gerichtet werden und es gab zu wenig Gläser. Der Föhn im Bad war kaputt.
