The AC didn’t work and had issues with passcode getting in, ended up having to ask neighbours for help and one of them was famous lol so i didn’t mind :)

The property is in a gated community and looks beautiful from the outside. Inside you will find ants and roaches! Along with areas that you can tell have not be cleaned for months or longer. Also, the dryer does not work unless you dry a pair of sweatpants and t-shirt only for almost 3 hrs. There’s so many nice places to stay in Aventura, save yourself from booking here and book somewhere cleaner and nicer! We are avid travelers and this has been the dirtiest place we have stayed….ROACHES?!?!!!! Oh and the screen to the top was broke as well as cigarette butts all over that patio. Hence one way of being able to tell this property was not thoroughly cleaned!
