9.0El apartamento es fantástico La persona que nos atendió, muy amable
− Tener que dejar el apartamento demasiado pronto. Si no, el codigo de la puerta deja de funcionar. Habitualmente los apartamentos se dejan a las 12.00 horas. Y no tener plaza de garaje. La playa no es cómoda.

Lovely penthouse with beautiful sea views, walking distance (40 mins) from the town of Villajoyosa
10.0Amazing place. This is a penthouse in a new development. It is over two floors so myself, husband and two friends had plenty of space. There is a hot tub on the roof that is wonderful - we sat in there often looking out over the sea. The penthouse also has use of a pool and other area with hot rooms etc. The penthouse was wonderfully equipped with plenty of pots and pans, lovely sitting area and dining table.
− Lovely place - sad to know that it is up for sale so might not be available to rent again if we were in the area.
