Wie bei unserem ersten Besuch alles Top !

− Als wir am Einchecken waren, kam kein Papier Ausdruck, auf dem Zimmernummer und Etage vermerkt ist, nur die Karten. Wir haben gleich die Service Nummer angerufen und die KI Stimme hat nach dem Problem gefragt. Die KI hat uns mit einem richtigen Menschen verbunden, eine junge Frau. Sie war sehr freundlich und das Problem war sofort gelöst.😄 Wahrscheinlich war nur die Papiere Rolle aufgebraucht ? Danke für die schnelle Hilfe ! M & R

Hmm eigentlich nichts.

− Waschbecken kaputt, zu klein. Matratzen zu weich, Zimmer zu warm und am schlimmsten die Parkplatzbeleuchtung , trotz Vorhänge war es im Bett, als wenn ich im Spottlicht liegte.
