− Тесный номер, грязные стены(чёрные как после пожара) , проснулись утром и нет воды, ни горячей, ни холодной, предложили спуститься вниз в общий душ, хотя деньги платили за ванную в своём номере. Завтрак скудный(столетнее печеное) остались голодными. Никакой компенсации не добились.... Я часто бываю в Андижане и знаю много гостиниц и эта самая ужасная, цены высокие по сравнению с другими, а комфорта ноль. Вопрос за что такие деньги платить? И главное деньги взяли сразу перед заселением, видно уже опытные насчёт этого. Не советую никому

7.0The rooms were clean and comfortable although a bit worn. Location good as about a half hour to the old city and central market.
− Not enough food was prepared for the breakfast as a group of 14 took almost everything leaving scant leftovers. What food that existed was good but the hotel would not make more despite there being 1 hour left of breakfast time. Although staff was helpful and friendly the first day, specifically saying they could arrange a Yandex taxi to the border crossing with Kyrgyzstan the next morning, they reneged on this offer saying that it wasn’t possible and tried to sell another taxi service for significantly more by saying the border was far away near Fergana - which it is obviously not. This tactic left a “sour taste in our mouth” after a reasonably pleasant stay.
