5.01. Staf yang mesra. 2. Dibenarkan check in 1 jam awal daripada waktu sepatutnya.
− 1. Sebahagian kemudahan dalam homestay sudah terlalu lama dan tidak selamat/tidak 'selesa' diguna. - katil, tilam, conforter, bantal, tuala. 2. Kualiti pembersihan dalam homestay tahap rendah. Bila check in, rumah berbau dan nampak tidak dibersihkan secara teliti terutama tandas 3. Masalah air ... bila paip di bilik air kedua digunakan, bekalan air di bilik air master BR terputus. Flush tandas MBR juga kurang berfungsi, perlu flush beberapa kali selepas digunakan. ( mungkin masalah tandas @ tekanan air). * Mohon upgrade kemudahan kerana lokasi sangat bagus untuk menarik pelanggan menyewa.
