5.0The place is clean and spacious. The lady that we met at the property was very nice and easy to talk to.
− Out of the 3 bedrooms. One room had a working aircon, With the heat of upington, not having a working aircon in the one room made it very difficult to sleep. The fan circulated Hot air. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️One room does not have aircon at all.

− All was good, just one suggestion, to have airconditioning in all the rooms. Upington is a very hot town.
Needs better management to really care for the guests, never to return again.

− The fact that one of the rooms that we need to use doesn’t have or a fan or an aircon. If you travel to Upington with 38 degrees you need to sleep in a cold room. My daughter have to sleep in the lounge that was cold. I reported immediately at arrival to the manager and she just blame Booking.com for misleading the guests telling us the apartment was airconditioned and fail to address the situation. Pity you won’t stay another day, was her answer. She blame the cleaning team for not reporting the lack of cooling systems.
