Tetszett a táj, a szállás tiszta és rendezett volt.

De gastheer was erg attent, zeer vriendelijk en deed er alles aan om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Daarnaast was het uitzicht vanuit de ramen erg mooi.

− Wij verbleven in het Elsa-appartement. De locatie is prachtig, maar naar onze mening wordt het potentieel van het verblijf niet volledig benut. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding voelde daardoor niet geheel in balans. Bovendien oogt het geheel op de foto’s aantrekkelijker dan in werkelijkheid. Daarnaast liet de hygiëne te wensen over. Zo troffen wij onder andere tandpastaspetters op de spiegel, tandpastavlekken op het plankje en oude urinevlekken op het toilet aan. Het appartement zou op diverse punten gebaat zijn bij een renovatie. Ook was het redelijk gehorig en vonden wij het bed niet bijzonder comfortabel. Daarnaast sleept de koelkastdeur over de vloer wanneer er iets in de deurvakken staat en komt de vaatwasser naar voren bij het openen, wat erop lijkt te wijzen dat deze niet goed is bevestigd. Een waardevolle aanvulling zou bovendien het creëren van een buitenzitplaats zijn van dit appartement, de rest heeft dit wel. Ook zou de omgeving van het zwembad verzorgder kunnen worden ingericht. Een fraaier en kwalitatief beter hekwerk rondom het zwembad zou het uitzicht minder verstoren en de algehele uitstraling van het verblijf ten goede komen. Daarnaast was het trapje van het zwembad beschadigd en daardoor instabiel.

Positives - We were welcomed by Tommi who is such a lovely, warm and sunny person. It was the perfect start to our stay. - The grounds are so enchanting and calm. You don’t really see or hear people walking around so it feels very quiet a lovely. You often feel like you are alone on the grounds and that is exactly what we were hoping for, coming from a big city. - It is in the middle of nowhere with beautiful views which is exactly what we wanted, and only around 15 mins to San Quirico del Orcia, a lovely village. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. - The location is PERFECT to visit Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza, Bagni de Vigno, Bagni de Filippo etc. We have no regrets staying there for that reason. - The pool area is quite simply amazing. And because there is not a lot of apartments on site, we had the pool to ourselves most mornings

− Negatives - It is not an Agriturismo in any way but we didn’t mind - I would not recommend staying there if you know your room is on the ground floor below the large apartment with the terrace. The ceiling is not insulated for sound proofing and we were woken up every single morning by the people above. You hear absolutely everything so it is not very relaxing. - I would advice to bring your own pillows if you can as the ones provided are not comfortable. - There is no olive oil, salt, coffee or basics but we were aware of this through the comments we had read before coming. There was no cork screw either but our neighbours gave us theirs. The owner could’ve been more generous with toiletries seeing we stayed for 5 nights and we had just enough for half the stay. - Air conditioning is not included, you have to pay 10€ per day. « Luckily » the dishwasher was broken in our accommodation so the owner kindly offered free conditioning as compensation which suited us perfectly :)

Come sempre uno splendido soggiorno in Val d'Orcia in una delle location più piacevoli e rilassanti. Il supporto di Tommaso è stato un plus indiscutibile al valore della vacanza. La posizione è unica e la struttura si è rivelata ancora una volta pienamente rispondente alle esigenze personali.

− Piccole migliorie sono sempre possibili, ma questo non è un resort a 5 stelle, è una location unica nel cuore della Val d'Orcia con le classiche problematiche ambientali di tutti i luoghi immersi nella natura dove talvolta gli insetti sono fastidiosi.

L’appartamento molto accogliente, bella la piscina dalla quale si può godere di una vista spettacolare. La struttura è immersa tra meravigliose colline, relax assicurato. Tommaso il ragazzo che si occupa della struttura e dell’accoglienza è gentilissimo e disponibile e ti fa sentire come a casa
