9.0Aussergewöhnlich Lage, direkt am Meer, zentral im alten Ort Famara gelegen. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafräume und 2 Bäder, eignet sich für Familie mit 2 Kindern.
− Das Doppelbett hat ein sehr gute Matratze, die auch mit einem frischen Spannlaken bedeckt war, ... aber es fehlte das Laken unter der Bettdecke oder halt ein Bezug für die Bettdecke.

Très bon sejour dans cet appartement avec une vue imprenable
8.0L’emplacement face mer est idéal, la vue est magnifique, l’appartement est très fonctionnel, bien aménagé et à deux pas du centre, environnement calme. Appartement très propre, le kit entretien, serviettes, éponge, produit vaisselle à l’arrivée très complet.
− Assez mal insonorisé, Les voisins du dessus très bruyants Il pourrait y avoir un peu plus de vaisselle, il manque une cafetière et une poubelle

7.0Casa accogliente, sul lungomare con una bella vista
− Purtroppo le formiche circondavano la testiera del letto matrimoniale ogni giorno, la sera le uccidevamo e la sera dopo erano di nuovo lì. In cucina abbiamo trovato 3 scarafaggi…. L’aria era molto umida. La posizione sul mare era bella ma aveva i suoi inconvenienti.

9.0Large, didn’t expect 2 bathrooms and a wide kitchen. Clean. Nice furniture. Good shower. Of course: amazing view! The little alley in front could be used as a terrace, if it wasn’t for the extreme wind. In general, calm and quiet.
− The “manager” of the apartment wasn’t responsive, >12h. The wifi didn’t function. The neighbours above were noisy.

10.0Beautiful house in a beautiful location. It was super comfortable. Close to surf shops, walkable to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment.
