Run Down House in Covington
4.0The location was good for what we needed.
− House and furniture is considerably run down. Water smells like sewer water. Water can not be used even for brushing teeth. Back yard is in bad shape and really can not be used.
Do NOT recommend unless you like to feel almost too icky to sleep.
2.0− If you think you’ve found a great deal because you found a whole house for less than a hotel room, you will be sorely disappointed. This is an example of getting what you pay for. The place smelled clean when we walked inside, but that initial smell was the only sign of cleanliness. The front porch was littered with old mops and cleaning supplies that looked like they’ve been untouched for months. I can get past the handles on the fridge being broken, but the inside of it hadn’t seen a good solid wipe down in ages. There were so many random personal items all over the house from used loofas in each shower to a case for dentures in the medicine cabinet to a razor in a bathroom drawer. If there actually had been towels, there’s still no way we would have stepped foot into the tubs.

8.0It was a cozy home in a great location. Very quiet and quaint neighborhood. The yard and decor of the home are so cute. Art supplies are provided if you want to get artsy. All in all, it's a great place to stay.
