9.0Der Familienbungalow ist für eine Lodge sehr gut ausgestattet. Frühstück und Abendessen sind einwandfrei und das Personal zuvorkommend. Unsere Enkelkinder (12 Jahre) waren beeindruckt. Am Morgen zogen Impalas und Paviane direkt am hauseigenen Pool vorbei. Hornschnabelvögel saßen direkt auf dem Terrassengeländer.
− Hinter der Terrasse lag eine große kaputte Scheibe im Dreck. Die Lodge reagiert nicht auf kurzfristige Wünsche bei der Aufenthaltsgestaltung. Safaris etc. müssen also vorher gebucht sein. Wir mussten uns unsere Safari selbst organisieren, wir kennen glücklicherweise einen Selous-Ranger. Inwieweit dieser Standort in Zukunft geeignet ist, die großartige Natur zu präsentieren, wird sich nach Eröffnung der Landebahn für Großflugzeuge zeigen.

− Das Personal spricht leider sehr schlecht englisch. Hier gibt es große Hürden bei der Verständigung. Die Lunchboxen zum Mittag welche in Afrika übrig sind sind sehr schlecht. Viel zu wenig, das Obst war zudem vergammelt und es fehlte Besteck. Das Personal war leider auch nicht wirklich freundlich. Wir buchten die Bush Walking Tour hier mussten wir knapp 60 Minuten auf unseren Guide warten, was an sich nicht schlimm wäre, für eine Unterkunft zu dem Preis welches sich Luxury Camp nennt jedoch in meinen Augen nicht akzeptabel. Die Aktivitäten über die Unterkunft sind ebenfalls extrem teuer. Leider hat die Unterkunft auch keine Unterbringungsmöglichkeit für unseren Guide gehabt. Leider ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt es war die teuerste unserer Lodges während unserer 14 tägigen Tansaniareise mit insgesamt 8 Unterkünfte und es war leider die mit Abstand schlechteste.

5.0Everything was perfect, the waiters cooks the food was very good. The rooms are nice and clean. The place is very cool for stay.
− We dint like it at the checking out the way we were handled by this black short manager. He was very rude and talking with hunger to us as if we slept for free. This dint make us happy.
