9.0Siisti, viihtyisä äskettäin remontoitu huoneisto, ok astiasto, hyvät vuoteet, erittäin paljon kaappitilaa, hyvä vedenpaine suihkussa, sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa, lasitettu parveke, sisäänmeno ja rappukäytävä (remontissa parhaillaan) antaa huonomman vaikutuksen kuin mitä itse huoneisto on. Hiljainen asunto, naapureista ei kuulunut mitään. Koiraystävällinen, koiramaksu 20€/viipymä.
− Vaikea löytää, navi ohjasi eri kadulle kuin mistä autolla ajettiin pihaan, rakennuksesta ei löytynyt talon numeroa joten se pääteltiin, parkki aika ahdas mutta saatiin auto parkkiin talon pihaan, sisäänkäynti (remontti meneillään) rappukäytävään näytti ovelta pyörävarastoon, kylpyhuoneessa ajoittain lievä viemärin haju. Olisin toivonut: kahvinkeitin, pölynimuri, parvekkeelle pieni pöytä ja pari tuolia ja ILMALÄMPÖPUMPPU. Huoneistossa oli todella kuuma (ulkona +31 astetta), onneksi mukanamme oli oma ilmastointilaite niin koirakin rauhoittui

10.0Ideali vieta, butas grazus ir tvarkingas, viskas yra ko reikia trumpam apsistojimui. Savininkui 100 balu uz supratinguma ir draugiskuma :)
