Exceptional
10.0The apartment is large and spacious, it has everything necessary for the comfort of guests. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, close to the city centre, many nice restaurants nearby and convenient transportation. The host was very helpful and hospitable.
Exceptional
10.0Really spacious place that's walking distance to all important landmarks and main metro stations. Very convenient location.
A good proposition
8.0This building itself is old, but the apartment is nicely renovated and has everything a guest could wish for. Fully equipped kitchen, 4 (!) ACs, insect screens at all windows, a friendly and available host (remotely), many little touches (for example detergent for the washer AND detergent for washing by hand). Clean. Fast WiFi. The location is central, 150m the the left of the building exit begins a green pedestrian street full of cafes and eateries. I would gladly stay again.
− There are a couple of things that can be fixed quickly: The towels are scratchy, the toilet brush is very dirty, the rear balcony is dirty (pigeons...) and there is no garbage bin in the kitchen (only a tiny one in the bathroom). Also the bed in the rear bedroom is screeching loudly. What cannot be fixed is that the front rooms (living room and front bedroom) are exposed to the traffic noise from the busy avenue. Even with the double glass doors, it's loud. The rear bedroom is quiet. One room is locked, I don't know if it is counted in the 100sqm, I think the available inside space may be less.
Perfect
10.0Very confortable and clean. Great location.
Exceptional
10.0The host is very warm person. He tries to accommodate all requests. We booked few hours before our check-in on the same day. Still host managed to arrange everything on time. Hatsoff
